Technical Lead

The Role

Due to growth, we are seeking a Tech Lead with full-stack experience, to lead a development team and deliver software projects for one of our key clients, a leading global bank. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating well-architected solutions, driving quality code and is experienced in current best practices for responsive and accessible design.

 

About you

  • At least 5+ years commercial software development experience
  • Experience leading a development team
  • Full stack capability: Java backend with some experience with front end technologies such as Angular is preferable
  • Knowledge of Spring, Hibernate, Apache Camel is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to confidently communicate with stakeholders
  • Innovative and idea driven, able to research and suggest solutions to technical problems
  • Strong attention to detail and quality driven
  • Able to drive quality outcomes through effective coaching and mentoring
  • Passion for technology
