Executive General Manager - Digital Banking & Elevate

The Role

We are now recruiting for an Executive General Manager of Digital Banking to lead the growth and innovation of our Digital Banking business. As part of the Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CEO, you will be focused on both strategic and day-to-day operations of our Digital Banking business unit. In this role you will oversee a global team and a robust portfolio of customers across the world.

This role will be responsible for driving product innovation, customer success and satisfaction, team performance and business growth to ensure our digital banking software solutions continue to remain at the forefront of the market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Driving strategic growth and transformation of our Digital Banking business unit through exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, product innovation, solution development and program delivery
  • Full P&L responsibility, and end-to-end management of product development, implementation and support of our market leading digital banking software solution suites, including our integrated ‘Bank-as-a-Service’ offering Elevate.
  • Managing a global team to deliver complex, mission-critical projects for our customers
  • Positioning as a trusted advisor to senior executives within financial institutions on retail banking automation and technology transformation
  • Working closely with the Sales team on customer acquisition across Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom & other global markets


About you:

  • An exceptional leader with proven experience of building, driving and empowering high performing teams
  • An ability to both, formulate technology and market strategies, as well as successfully execute those strategies to drive our products, to be the ‘best of breed’ whilst ensuring smooth delivery of program implementations which in turn delight our customers
  • Experience within a client facing environment, overseeing delivery of complex customer programs – vendor or service provider experience is preferable
  • Impeccable stakeholder management skills and ability to effectively engage with senior executives within financial institutions
  • Commercially savvy with a strategic & growth mindset; that is, driven to grow both new business and deepen our existing customer relationships
  • Thrive within a high-pressured, fast-paced environment and enjoys being “hands-on” from an operational perspective
  • Passionate about technology and keeping up to date with the latest trends and market insights
  • Good knowledge of the retail banking environment
  • Past experience in technology leadership roles advantageous
