Founder & Chairman
B.Sc Hons (Maths)
Bob Hall is the Chairman of market-leading fintech Sandstone Technology, that he proudly co-founded almost 25 years ago and is driven by the financial technology industry. A former employee of IBM and before “fintech” was a thing, his co-founder Violet Yu were dreaming up ways to transform banking through what was then a new channel called the internet, simplifying the customer journey and the employee experience. Working with the business units Bob is passionate about innovating and evolving as the industry evolves.
Chief Executive Officer
Prior to joining Sandstone Technology, Abhish Saha has amassed over 25 years of local and global experience within technical and product functions having worked for the likes of Optus, Vodafone, Nortel and Commonwealth Bank of Australia. In his more recent role of Chief Product Officer at Linkly (pre-acquisition, General Manager at Premier Technologies), Abhish focused on delivering in-store, online and voice payment technology solutions to Banks, Governments and Businesses across Australia and overseas.

A passionate technologist, financial services and banking industry professional, Violet is the Director of People and Performance for Sandstone Technology, which she co-founded over 20 years ago. Having done just about every role in Sandstone Technology from its initial founding to having now built an enviable list of customers and a full suite of market-leading digital transformation products, Violet is now focused on attracting and retaining the best people and building & maintaining a high-performance culture, while continuing to maintain a heavy influence on the strategic direction of the organisation. Her vast experience in fintech, combined with her unwavering commitment of continuous self-improvement and a passion to grow Australian companies locally and globally, has seen her flourish in an industry driven by innovation.

Jennifer Harris is highly regarded for combining proven sales and marketing strategies with best of breed operational processes. As the Chief Customer Officer at Sandstone Technology, Jennifer collaborates with local and global banking and financial institutions to achieve and deliver results across complex digital transformation programs.With over 20+ years of experience across sales, marketing and communications Jennifer has held senior roles in organisations across a wide variety of industries including interactive media, publishing, IT software and financial technology. Jennifer is also an advocate and member of the Financial Executive Women platform which is built around inclusion and equity within Financial Services. Co-hosting the Digital First: A Banking Transformation Series Jennifer speaks to some of the best leaders, change-makers and digital transformation experts from around the globe.
Chief Delivery Officer
With over 25 years experience in Technology and Operations, Michelle has worked in some of the largest organisations such as Optus Enterprise and Business, Flight Centre Travel Group, Tatts Group, Transaction Network Services, First Data and the Commonwealth Bank.
Over her career, Michelle has been transforming and creating Centres of Excellence through the development of high performing teams, process improvement and automation, focusing on customer service excellence and maintaining highly available, secure and stable environments around the clock and the globe.
Michelle is a strong leader with key strengths in transformation and delivery excellence, information security and compliance, problem management, critical/major incident management, process improvement, implementation planning and service delivery management.
Executive GM Origination, AI & ML
Poli Konstantinidis leads the Sandstone Origination, AI & ML teams and is responsible for the Lending Origination, AI & ML technology products and solutions across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and Europe. Poli a is highly regarded Financial Services professional with over 20 years’ experience in Risk Management, Operations, Governance and General Management. Poli has a proven track record of business performance transformation, business partnering, strategy derivation & execution and business growth with leading organisations including Experian, GE Capital and Latitude Financial Services.
Chief Technology Officer

Anthony McKew leads the global tech strategy across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and Europe. Anthony has over 35 years of both local and global experience within banking and retail technology, having led teams on countless projects, developing solutions for organisations across the globe. His expertise lies in designing and managing enterprise grade platforms considered business critical for major retailers, government agencies and digital operations for both vendors and service providers. Anthony is passionate about finding sophisticated solutions to complex problems to help Sandstone customers to determine the best solutions to support their digital transformation strategy.
Executive General Manager for Digital Banking

Michelle Yu leads the Sandstone Digital Banking team and is responsible for the Internet Banking, Mobile App and Savings Origination solutions across Australia, New Zealand and the UK. Michelle brings over 13 years’ experience in product management and development in the banking and fintech industry, having worked for the likes of Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Linkly. Michelle is passionate about technology that simplifies and changes the way that customers interact with businesses and FIs.
