Sandstone Technology powered platform enhances customer serviceability for BOQ Specialist

Sandstone Technology has supported leading financial services provider BOQ Specialist to deliver first-class digital experiences to their niche target market of medical, dental, veterinary, and accounting professionals.

Sandstone Technology was selected to be the transformation partner of choice in BOQ Specialist’s next phase of the bank’s digital program. Introducing Sandstone’s scalable and agile BankFast eXperience Platform (BXP) will enable the bank to tailor the whole client journey and build differentiated experiences to match the growing needs of their clients.

Leveraging the platform’s capabilities, BOQ Specialist will encourage further engagement from their clients through the use of mobile and internet banking. In addition, Sandstone’s out-of-the-box, end-to-end digital engagement solution, empowers clients to utilise self-service so they can carry out more of the day-to-day banking tasks digitally.
