New solution aims to improve banking “shopfront” across all channels

Sandstone and Unisys, our global partner, have recently launched an end-to-end banking proposition focusing on improvements to a financial institution’s shopfront across all channels.
Sandstone’s origination and internet and mobile banking solutions combine with UNISYS’ core banking solution to specifically look at improving the customer experience and customer interface across all touch points.
Elevate by Unisys will address key areas for banks such as high application drop-out rates, customer satisfaction and customer retention which in turn will help drive new customer acquisition.
