Sandstone’s annual customer conference to be held in Sydney in May

Over 50 representatives from Sandstone Technology’s customer base are expected to attend the company’s annual conference on May 25, 2017.

The conference will feature presentations and panel discussions involving Sandstone staff members, banking industry experts and most importantly, our customers. More information on the event including a draft agenda will be shared with our customers in coming weeks.

A highlight of the conference is set to be an interactive panel session that will examine techniques for enhancing the digital experience across all customer touch points. We’ll look at how our clients are making improvements to their digital channels to enhance customer satisfaction, customer retention, application completion rates and most importantly driving new customer acquisition and cross-sell opportunities.

At the conclusion of the conference we will be relaxing with some refreshments overlooking Sydney Harbour before hosting a dinner for our customers and Sandstone staff.
