Business Analyst - Digital Acquisition

The Role

We’re currently looking for a Business Analyst to join a growing product team within our Digital Acquisition division. The ideal candidate will be creatively analytical i.e. an out of the box thinker who can also back up their ideas with hard research. You’ll be a team player that is comfortable collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with our clients in the Banking and Financial services industry as well as internal development team to influence, analyse and document business requirements. You will run workshops, conduct gap analysis, help with test plans, manage service introduction and change throughout the project lifecycle.

You should also be familiar with a variety of graphic design programs, spreadsheets and customer research tools, as well as being eager to stay on top of the latest software and industry trends.

 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience as a Business Analyst/ Consultant/ Systems Analyst – demonstrated experience in requirement gathering, analysis, documentation of process flows, business process, analysis and consulting
  • CX/UX design experience - demonstrated experience and exposure using User Centred Design and designing thinking to design a product or platform, with the ability of creating wireframes and prototype using at least one prototyping tool (e.g. Sketch, Axure, Adobe XD)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills – ability to write functional designs / specifications and requirements for both internal and external audiences and to participate and/or facilitate customer project meetings and discussions with customers
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Experience in retail banking industry and knowledge of consumer loan processes is a bonus
