We are currently seeking experienced Business Analyst / Lending SME to join our Adelaide team.

The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Business Consultant / Business Analysis / Systems Analysis Experience – You have demonstrated experience as a Business Consultant, Business Analyst or experience working on Credit & Risk policy or consumer loan process improvement projects or have been lending subject experts in a reasonably large and complex project
- Excellent oral and written communication skills – to write functional
designs / specificationsand requirements for both internal and external audiences and to participate and/or facilitate customer project meetings and discussions with customers
- Ability to travel within Australia
- Ability to manage culture change related to improving business practices
- Exposure to home loan
and / orRetail Lending Industry Experience either from a Business capacity or technical perspective would be favourablyconsidered
