Business Analyst

Leeds / UK Remote

The Role

You will be part of a Product team scoping requirements for our lending product. As part of your new role, you will work closely with stakeholders to influence, analyse and document business requirements. You will lead workshops, conduct gap analysis, help with test plans, and manage service introduction and change throughout the project lifecycle.

 

The Location

The team is currently working remotely, in future can be either office-based or entirely remote working from home. If office-based, we employ a hybrid model with a high degree of flexibility. If entirely remote you will be expected to visit our Leeds office periodically when required depending on project needs.

 

About You

  • Ideally a Business Analyst experience within the banking, finance or fintech industries
  • Good communication skills- working on writing functional designs/specifications and requirements for both internal and external audiences
  • Ability to lead and facilitate customer project meetings, workshops and discussions with customers
  • Ability to manage culture change related to improving business practices
